Qing Li Carter is one of the best paranormal detectives. She possesses the ability, known as Oneiromancy or Oneirokinesis, to travel into people's dreams and nightmares, searching for clues or vanquishing evil by sealing their hearts or the valuable weapons they use to kill people. This ability was passed down by her grandmother before she died, and now Qing Li is humanity's last hope to restore balance to the world, as her former colleagues have turned evil.
